Thank you for your interest in vending at Transcend Fest!  We are seeking vendors that offer conscious products and services in alignment with our energy and audience.  Transcend Fest does not offer vendor exclusivity however we do limit the amount of vendors in a category to offer the best variety and assortment to attendees and maximize the revenue for vendors.

WE ARE ACCEPTING A VARIETY OF VENDORS

Eco-conscious products, health & wellness, astrology services, tarot services, aura photography, yoga & mediation products, artwork, herbalists, aromatherapists, CBD products, Reiki services, hand-crafted jewelry, crystals, décor, witchcraft products, upcycled & new clothing, and so much more!!!

Required Vending Hours:

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Booth Rental (10×10):

The price for a booth rental for the festival weekend is $215.  If you require additional space, then additional fees will be required.  Please reach out to info@transcendfest.com to discuss other options.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

All vendors must be pre-approved.

To secure a booth at Transcend Fest, please complete our application. Once approved, vendors will receive an invoice to pay and payments can be made via check, Venmo, or Zelle.

GUIDELINES:

Check-in:

You are welcome to arrive as early as 6:00 pm on Friday, September 13, 2024.  All vendors MUST check in by Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 8:00 am.  You will be turned away, without a refund, if you arrive past this time.

Set-Up:

All vendors must be set-up and ready to vend by 9:00 am on Saturday, September 14, 2024.

Camping:

You may stay at a local hotel or camp on the festival grounds on Saturday night. Tickets for camping are $35 for Saturday night and can be purchased on our ticket page. Vendors will not have a designated camping area and camping is on a first come first serve basis. There will NOT be space by your vendor booth for you to camp overnight.  Vendors must plan on being wrapped up and off-site by 6:30 pm on Sunday, September 15, 2024.

Security:

We will provide security for the festival; however, we cannot be held responsible for your booth and goods.  Please make sure your booth is secure at all times, especially if you are away from your booth.

Power:

There is no power provided for vendors. You may bring your own power supply.

Booth Supplies:

Please bring all necessary supplies for your booth.  Venue can be windy, so we recommend bringing tent stakes or cinderblocks to secure your canopies.

Amenities:

The use of certain generators is permitted with Transcend Fest approval.  Also, all power cords must be secured by vendor.

Sales Tax:

Transactions, including collection of CT Sales tax, are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

Counterfeit Merchandise:

The sale of counterfeit merchandise is strictly prohibited.

Liability:

Vendor participates in the event at his/her own risk.  In case of inclement weather, vendor agrees to accept full responsibility for profits or loss or any missing, stolen items or damage to person or personal property.

Application Deadline:

Cancellation:

Once accepted and confirmed presence for the festival no refunds will be issued for your vendor spot.
