Thank you for your interest in vending at Transcend Fest 2026! Whether you’re selling handmade goods, offering holistic services, or showcasing a unique product, we’d love for you to join our Mindful Market. We’ll be hosting at two beautiful locations in 2026: Powder Ridge Mountain in Middlefield, CT, and Stratton Mountain in Bondville, VT. You’re welcome to choose the event that best fits your schedule or join us for both!

GENERAL INFORMATION

Festival Dates: July 10-12, 2026 (VT) and September 18-20, 2026 (CT)
Locations: Stratton Mountain in Bondville, VT and Powder Ridge Mountain Middlefield, CT

Hours: Saturday 9:30 am – 6 pm and Sunday 9:30 am – 5 pm
Numbers of Vendors: 50

Vendor Space: 10 x 10 Space (No tent or chairs provided)

Foot Traffic: Vending is open to the public (for free) as well as festival attendees in both locations.

We are expecting around 1000 people in 2026
Cost: $215 for a 10 x 10 booth space

VENDOR APPLICATION

To apply to become a vendor at Transcend Fest please fill out the form below. Space is limited to 50 vendors for 2026. Please see the additional Terms and Conditions below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Vendor Selection: The selection process is on a rolling basis with confirmation on all applications being made no later than May 8, 2026 for VT and June 26, 2026 for CT.

Confirmation: Vendor space is not guaranteed until your application is accepted, and full payment is received. Payment is due after acceptance into the festival.

Cancellation: Once payment is received, and your attendance is confirmed there is no refund issued.

Weather: This is a rain or shine outdoor event. No refunds will be made due to weather.

Display Specifications: All tents must be 10×10 and vendors must provide their own weights or stake into the ground. Tents/tables/chairs will not be provided, this is the responsibility of the vendor.

Photography/Video: Vendor agrees to allow Transcend Fest marketing team to film or take pictures of their booth space, employees, and volunteers during the festival and use them for promotional purposes with no obligation to the vendor.

Liability Insurance: Vendor must maintain a valid liability insurance policy with $1,000,000 minimum coverage naming Transcend Fest LLC as an additional insured if you are offering hands on service. Failure to provide proof of coverage within 30 days of the festival shall result in the release of your booth space without a refund.

Security: Vendors are solely responsible for their belongings. Transcend Fest provides overnight security on Friday and Saturday evenings, vendors are still responsible.
