6 Easy Rules
Wear your Wrist Band
All attendees must wear their Transcend wristband issued at the check-in station upon entry. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event. Anyone without a wristband will be escorted from the event. Anyone possessing a wristband, altered in any way, will be ejected from the event without a refund.
Don't Bring Glass
Please be respectful of the venue grounds that we are using and the other attendees of the event by not bringing glass products. Broken glass & bare feet don’t mix. Please leave all glass at home.
Leave No Trace
Please make sure whatever you bring into the festival you throw away in the proper receptacles. We want to ensure the grounds stay just as beautiful when we conclude the festival as when we began. We also strive to be a plastic-free event, so please try to limit or exclude any plastic for the duration of the weekend.
Celebrate Others
To promote an epic festival weekend, please leave your judgment at home and work on building relationships with fellow participants and elevate one another to ensure everyone has the best experience possible.
Parental Guidance
Anyone 17 and under without an adult will be turned away at the gate. Please ensure if you are bringing children with you that they remain under your supervision for the duration at the event.
Make Pet Arrangements
We love your furry friends but ask that they stay home. There will be a lot going on during the event and it will be hard to give your pets your full undivided attention. Service dogs are welcome.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
ARE MEALS INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICES?
No, meals are not included in ticket prices. There will be lunch available to order on site as well as specialized vendors offering snacks and drinks throughout the day. You are more than welcome to bring any food or snacks to help fuel you throughout the festival weekend.
IS CAMPING OR LODGING INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?
No, camping must be purchased as an add-on ticket. Check out our options over on our venue page.
IS THERE A RAIN DATE FOR THIS EVENT?
Transcend Fest happens rain or shine. The event is both inside and outside proper shelter will be provided to workshop classes in the case of inclement weather..
IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED?
Yep! As long as you have your wristband you can come and go as you please.
TICKET PURCHASES
PURCHASING YOUR PASS
We use the Eventbrite platform for ticket purchases. You can purchase tickets here. When session registration opens January 28, 2026, your passes will be linked to Sched.com where you can register for all your weekend workshops.
VIEW/UPDATE YOUR TICKET
To view your ticket and update the information on your ticket, log in to your Sched.com account.
PROMO CODES
Promos can be entered at check-out. Make sure to click “apply” before you check out. Only one code can be applied per ticket purchase.
REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, but you are free to transfer your tickets or resell them.
TRANSFERRING TICKETS
If you purchased tickets for yourself and others, you will need to “assign” or “transfer” that ticket to the person who will be using it from your Sched.com account.
The following steps are for those with “extra” passes.
- Sign in to your Sched account for the event
- Click on the ‘Share’ button on the top of the icons on the upper right.
- Choose the ticket you want to transfer and enter the email address of the person you wish to transfer it to.
- Click the ‘Share Now’

You want to share or transfer your only ticket with someone else you can email the request to both Sched.com and us at info@transcendfest.com.
SCHEDULING YOUR SESSIONS
CREATE YOUR SCHEDULE
Our schedule will be released by January 28, 2025 on Sched.com. Sched is the software that lets you register for classes, effectively saving your spot for the classes and workshops you want. To register for a class, simply click the checkbox for that session. You’ll see the check mark next to sessions that are booked. If any schedule changes happen that affect your registration you will be notified by email.
ISSUES WITH EMAILS AND SCHED
- If you already have a Sched account from a previous festival it will auto link your pass.
- For couples and friends – Each pass needs a unique email address associated with it. If purchased under one email, the person who made the original transaction will need to transfer the extra passes through Sched.com. See above for directions.
LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
To log back in, please click on https://transcendfest2026.sched.com. You’ll need to know the email address for your Sched account to login.
HOW DO I GO VIEW AND EDIT MY SCHEDULE?
Login here: https://transcendfest2026.sched.com/ . Click on your profile photo in the navigation bar and then select “My Schedule”.
CAN I PRINT MY SCHEDULE?
Yes, login following the directions above and click the “Print This” button on the top.
