Allie Dion
Festival Creatrix
Allie is the visionary Creatrix behind Transcend Fest, blending her diverse expertise in Kundalini yoga, tantra, numerology, astrology, and herbalism to create a transformative experience for attendees. With a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness and spirituality, Allie has dedicated her life to exploring and sharing the profound benefits of these ancient practices
Her background in Kundalini yoga and tantra informs her approach to personal growth and community connection, fostering a space where individuals can awaken their true potential. Through her knowledge of numerology and astrology, she helps participants understand the cosmic influences that shape their lives, encouraging self-discovery and empowerment.
Additionally, Allie’s expertise in herbalism allows her to incorporate natural elements into the festival, promoting healing and well-being through the power of nature. By curating a diverse line-up of workshops and experiences at Transcend fest, she creates a sacred space for individuals to connect, heal, and elevate their consciousness, making the festival a true celebration of yoga, wellness, and spirituality. Meagan McKernan
SEO (Social Engagement Officer)
Meagan is thrilled to be returning to Transcend Fest 2025, both as a facilitator (Spellbound by Magick: Witchcraft 101) and a member of the Transcend Leadership Team for the second year in a row. She’s looking forward to reuniting with some of the lovely people she met last year as well as meeting many more this year.
Meagan is a practicing Witch with deep Celtic and Slavic roots, focusing on Earth-based spirituality. She has studied and practiced witchcraft since 2006, which has included tarot/oracle reading, pendulum work, spell work, and more. Her passion is understanding the connections between science, history, and what we perceive as “magick” (as opposed to “magic”). Meagan has earned her Reiki I certification.
She’s currently working on earning her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification as well as certifications in Somatic Healing and Trauma-Informed Yoga. Follow along Meagan’s journey on social media @happiestlittlewitch !
Aaron Cipollina
SEO (Social Engagement Officer)
Aaron joins the Transcend Leadership Team for Transcend Fest 2025. Aaron enjoyed the inaugural Transcend Fest and is excited to bring his marketing and event coordinating skills to the Festival. While Aaron does not have the history and resume in yoga and wellness practices, he does enjoy using yoga as a way to stretch his body and center himself. He was drawn to Transcend Fest through his partner and can’t wait to elevate Transcend Fest in its second year. Follow along Aaron’s journey on social media @arcturusnfshp !
In Aaron’s day-to-day life, he is a videographer, photographer, social media manager, and web content manager. He grew up in Durham, CT, just a few minutes away from our hosts, Powder Ridge, and has deep knowledge of the Middlefield/Durham area.
Katie Russo

Katie’s collaboration with Transcend Fest is rooted in her interest in discovering you, seeing you, and taking part in the experience that connects you to your love of life and your love of self. Her intentions are to inspire you to take pause, to immerse yourself in the journey, and absorb the moments that evoke a sense of awe.
Katie’s passion for photography is palpable and her portfolio consists of subjects whose beauty lies in their natural aesthetic. Together, we create photographs that hold within them the capacity to infiltrate expectations and shift paradigm.

Elyse Sadtler
Digital Marketing Guru
Elyse Sadtler is a writer, educator, creator, entrepreneur, and lover of life based in the bucolic rolling hills of Northwest Connecticut. From a young age she has been maker – sewing all manner of clothing, stuffed animals and dolls, and home décor with her 1955 Singer featherweight sewing machine (of which she is only the second owner), practicing the ancient temporary form of body art that is henna (from which she has has spawned a thriving business, Henna By Elyse), and even starting her own line of personal care products.
An educator by training, Elyse holds a B.S. and M.Ed in elementary education. She enriched the lives of children for over 10 years in various educational settings, including at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, in Somers Central School District in Westchester, N.Y., and most recently at Region 12 in Connecticut, where she worked until the COVID-19 pandemic started in 2020. Upon the birth of her son in September of the same year, Elyse decided to leave education to pursue a creative career track in marketing. She is currently the marketing director for a local nonprofit organization in addition to lending her creative skills to benefit a number of other clients and organizations like Transcend Fest. Kelly Chute

After 15 years in banking, Kelly did what most spreadsheets fear-she walked away to follow her dharma. That leap led her back to the holistic roots she once tucked away, reconnecting her with the energy work, creativity, and soul-led living that truly lights her up. As the creator behind Kellz Spellz, she now channels her intuitive gifts into Reiki-infused candles, sacred products, and safe spaces that support healing and alignment.
Whether she’s coordinating vendor magic, offering energy work, or cracking a joke mid-meditation, Kelly shows up with heart, humor, and a deep commitment to community. Her mission?
